To receive services, a high-speed Internet connection and the following system requirements are required. Some devices may not be able to receive services even if your connection seemed qualified or your device’s environment suitable.*
Customer must have administrator level access to the PC or Mac.

Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk – Single Use is a one-time service only (not a subscription) for 1 Device to be redeemed within 30 days of purchase3 and is subject to the License and Services Agreement.

You acknowledge our ability to provide you the services is subject to our initial system test of your environment. In the event we determine we are unable to provide services after this initial system test, you will be eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy.

Details about Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk – Subscription:
Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk – 1 Device is an annual subscription-based service4 and is subject to the License and Services Agreement.

You acknowledge our ability to provide you the services is subject to our initial system test of your environment. In the event we determine we are unable to provide services after this initial system test, you will be eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy.

Subscription details:

  • Your subscription begins when your purchase is completed (or otherwise, when your payment is received).
  • By subscribing, you are purchasing a recurring subscription which will automatically renew after the first term.
  • The price quoted today is valid for the first term of your subscription. After that, your subscription will be billed annually for Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk 1 device at the applicable  annual renewal prices found here. The price is subject to change, but we will always send you a notification email in advance.
  • You can cancel your subscription at my.norton.com or by contacting Member Services & Support. For more details, please visit the Refund Policy.

4 Norton™ Ultimate Help Desk – 1 Device service is limited to the same single device every twelve months. After the end of each term, a different device can be enrolled for the next twelve-month period.
